Martha Society
The Martha Society is a women’s group with objectives to grow in fulfillment of our duties as Christians and members of the congregation through,
- Supporting missionary work in the congregation, community, and the church at large,
- Cultivating Christian sociability among members of our congregation and those of sister churches and,
- Gathering funds for charitable purposes selected by the Society.
Martha Society is affiliated with the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League. Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month. Active members are those who can attend meetings and participate in most activities. Associate members are unable to come to meetings but are willing to prepare materials for Martha Society sponsored activities such as brat/bake sales, cookie walk and fall harvest dinner.
